About The Course

 1.        Participants will be able to list 3 risks to excessive weight gain in pregnancy.
 2.       Participants will be able to identify two evidence-based strategies to promote healthy weight gain in pregnancy that they could incorporate in their practice.
 3.       Participants will be able to describe two existing tools to support their efforts to promote healthy pregnancy weight gain
